- A grand jury indicted 15-year-old Kroy Biermann Jr., the son of former Atlanta Falcons player Kroy Biermann and former Real Housewives of Atlanta star Kim Zolciak, on seven felony counts Thursday following an alleged sexual assault in Alpharetta.

What we know: A grand jury returned a seven-count indictment Thursday in Fulton County Superior Court.

The teen faces charges including aggravated child molestation, aggravated sexual battery, aggravated sodomy, three counts of sexual battery against a child under 16, and false imprisonment.
