Back in Texas-11 this week, I welcomed Transportation Secretary Duffy to the San Angelo Regional Airport (SJT) for a tour of its air traffic control tower and the thriving aviation program at Angelo State University.

Secretary Duffy announced a significant investment to replace aging equipment in the tower, a long-standing priority of mine and the community of San Angelo.
