Seguin Police Department fires officer following excessive force complaint, investigation
Seguin Police Chief Jason Brady terminated officer Michael Godinez in June following an investigation into allegations of excessive force during a response call earlier in the year.

SEGUIN, Texas - Seguin's police chief terminated one of his officers last month after the officer allegedly used excessive force while responding to a scene earlier this year.
Chief Jason Brady notified Michael Godinez via a termination letter KSAT obtained Tuesday.
The now-former officer was officially let go June 18.
