Seguin pitmaster again takes his BBQ talents to television
A Seguin pitmaster and restaurant owner returns to competition cooking after achieving success with his Michelin-recognized barbecue restaurant, Burnt Bean Co.

After years of success on the competition cooking circuit, a local chef took a break and set out to create a world-renown restaurant in Seguin.
Having found success and acclaim opening Burnt Bean Co., which received a Michelin Bib Gourmand Award in 2024, Ernest Servantes said he is getting back to his competition roots.
