MUSTANG, Texas (KLTV) - A small city incorporated in the 1970s to bring alcohol sales to a dry county has since vanished, and billionaire Mark Cuban now owns the land.

Along Interstate 45 south of Corsicana, the cities of Angus and Mustang sit just a few hundred yards apart.

Mustang, covering only 77 acres with 25 residents at its peak, voted to allow the sale of beer, wine and liquor in 1973 - a move that city council member Trina Kelley said was central to its founding.
