A man allegedly stole an elderly woman's purse and, while fleeing the scene, ran over and killed her, according to prosecutors.

Prosecutors said the suspect, Ali Hchaili, has previously targeted elderly victims.

On June 20, just before 3 p.m., Hchaili allegedly stole a woman's purse near Beardsley and Deer Valley roads in Glendale.
