(KGNS) - Former Laredo Councilman Alfonso "Poncho" Casso has filed a petition seeking to remove Webb County Precinct 3 Commissioner John Galo from office.

The petition accuses Galo of official misconduct and incompetence tied to the county's 2018 purchase of a downtown building now used as the sheriff's office.
