Webb County commissioners voted to pursue $21 million in state funding for water infrastructure improvements in Highway 59 colonias through the Texas Water Development Board.

LAREDO, Tex.
(KGNS) - Webb County commissioners voted to pursue more than $21 million in state funding for new water infrastructure.
The vote, taken during a Commissioners Court meeting Monday, July 13, directs the county's Economic Development Department to apply for the funding through the Texas Water Development Board's Water Supply and Infrastructure Grants Program.
