A 70-year-old Houston pool hall owner shot a man who charged at him with a crowbar during a break-in attempt at his business around 2 a.m. Thursday.

After being shot in the leg, the suspect fled and was later found at a nearby restaurant and taken for treatment.

The owner believes the break-in was targeted and suspects a recently hired contractor may have tipped off the intruders.
