WACO, Texas (KWTX) - The former chief of the Downsville Volunteer Fire Department, who is currently on felony probation and faces two new felony charges, was indicted Thursday.
A McLennan County grand jury indicted Jay Justice, of Robinson, on a state jail felony charge of making a false statement to obtain property.
