Preparing every Fredericksburg ISD graduate for what comes after high school is a central goal of the district's 2026-27 improvement plan approved this week by the FISD Board of Trustees.

Each year, FISD updates its improvement plans, and at the Oct. 21 regular meeting of the school board, Assistant Superintendent Shane Wilson summarized this year's plans.

Though the specific targets may change, the priorities do not.
