LAREDO, Tex.
(KGNS) - Laredo's two hospitals are responding after Gov. Greg Abbott signed an executive order targeting birth tourism in Texas.
The order directs state agencies to investigate healthcare providers that assist international patients in traveling to Texas to give birth and secure U.S. citizenship for their child.
