AMARILLO, Texas (KFDA) - Four people in Amarillo are under indictment by the federal government for a multi-part conspiracy to supply firearms to the Sinaloa cartel.

Loyd Walter Hall, Jesus Quezada-Meza, Omar Velasquez, and Catlynn Ann Hall are named in the indictment.

Hall, 27, is under federal indictment for supplying guns to the Sinaloa cartel(Randall County Sheriff's Office)In court documents unsealed today, Hall is charged with conspiring to provide "material support or resources" in the form of firearms to a "large foreign terrorist organization, namely, the Sinaloa Cartel" since February 2025.
