PALESTINE, Texas (KLTV) - Palestine police officers arrested two women Tuesday after a puppy was found dead and locked in a cage without shade, water or food.
Daisy Guity, 29, and Lisbeth Guity, 31, both of Palestine, are charged with the third-degree felony of cruelty to a non-livestock animal, according to a police department release.
