LA PORTE, Texas (KTRK) -- A man who was previously charged with possessing child pornography is also accused of sexually abusing a child, according to the La Porte Police Department.

Police said 32-year-old Randol Wiggins was first arrested on child porn charges in April following a search warrant, and then released on bond.

Investigators said they reportedly found hundreds of pictures and video evidence of the alleged abuse while reviewing images on Wiggins' phone.
