AMARILLO, Texas (KFDA/Gray News) - A Texas man who was on probation for possessing child pornography will now spend the rest of his life in prison.

Michael Lee Green, 43, appeared before Judge Dee Johnson of Randall County's 47th District Court on Friday.

Texas authorities said an investigation started in November 2024 when Amarillo Police Department's Special Victims Unit received a tip from Oklahoma Predator Prevention, an advocacy group that targets online predators.
