Seeing the home you've known your whole life go up in smoke can be daunting, but a Guadalupe County woman said even more daunting is the prospect of starting all over from scratch.

Georgia Wells said she was devastated to see her residence burning on June 9, but would have been more devastated had she not acted quickly and helped remove her older sister from the home as firefighters arrived.
