A good Samaritan recounted helping rescue passengers from a fatal plane crash in Laredo on June 16.

LAREDO, Tex.

(KGNS) - One of the men who risked life and limb to help people during the fatal crash on Loop 20 said instinct took over at the right time.

Ivan Franco was one of the good Samaritans who helped during the June 16 crash.
