She was a janitor at this hospital. Now she's returning as a physician

(InvestigateTV) - In 2011, Shay Taylor-Allen was working as a janitor at Yale New Haven Hospital when she was 18.

She is now returning years later to the hospital as a resident physician.

Taylor-Allen said she took the janitor job after finishing high school because her mother told her she needed to either work or go to school."And that's when I got a call back that I got a job as a janitor," Taylor-Allen said.
