Driver and passenger of a vehicle involved in a tractor-trailer crash on the expressway that left four children with serious injuries were arrested on child endangerment charges.

HARLINGEN, Texas (ValleyCentral) - The Alamo Police Department on Wednesday arrested the driver and passenger of a vehicle involved in a tractor-trailer crash on the expressway that left four children with serious injuries.
Driver Francisco Davila Jr. and passenger Samantha Vianney Rodriguez were charged with endangering a child - imminent bodily injury.
