Popular gas station chain Buc-ee's has sparked an online debate after displaying signs advertising employee pay, including salaries of up to $275,000 a year for some store managers without a college degree.

According to Fox News Digital, photos of the signs have circulated widely online, showing starting wages of $20 an hour for cashiers, warehouse workers, maintenance employees and stockers.

Food service managers can earn between $150,000 and $200,000 annually, while store general managers can make between $200,000 and $275,000 a year.
