CROCKETT, Texas (KTRE) - At least four people were shot and two others were injured after being hit by a vehicle Saturday night in Crockett, according to the Crockett Police Department.

The CPD said the shooting happened around 10:20 p.m. in the 1100 block of Martin Luther King Jr. Boulevard, near Old Lovelady Road and West Loop 304. Police said there was a large event in the area when the shooting occurred.

At least four people were shot and taken to nearby hospitals with varying degrees of injuries.
