HARRIS COUNTY, Texas - With early voting set to begin next Monday, a new survey from the University of Houston Hobby School of Public Affairs is offering a fresh look at where candidates stand in several key Texas primary runoff races.
The survey, which included 1,200 people last week, examined both Harris County and statewide Democratic runoff contests ahead of Election Day later this month.
