Comment0WACO, Texas (KWTX) - A 19-year-old Waco man is accused of using his car as a deadly weapon during an alleged robbery at an apartment complex in March, according to an arrest warrant.

Julio Cesar Rodriguez is charged with aggravated robbery with a deadly weapon, a first-degree felony.
