Protesters gathered outside the Bandera County Courthouse on Saturday, Oct. 10, for "What Has He Done? We Need a Change!," a protest against Gov. Greg Abbott hosted by the Bandera County Democratic Club.

A reporter counted 25 participants at 9:15 a.m., and organizers expected more to join.

Demonstrators held signs criticizing Abbott's record on public school funding, foster care, power outages, school vouchers and other issues.
