A man accused of smuggling ammunition across the border was held without bond in an ammunition smuggling case.

McALLEN, Texas (ValleyCentral) - A man accused of smuggling ammunition across the border was held without bond last week.
Esteban Padron Jr. allegedly sped across an international bridge to stop U.S. Customs and Border Protection from searching his truck.
