Special to the Bulletin The Frontier Times Museum will celebrate America's 250th birthday with a day of history-themed activities, music and food June 27 in Bandera.
The event, titled 'Freedom on the Frontier: Celebrating the Story of America,' will run from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the museum, 510 13th St. Visitors will have an opportunity to experience frontier life through demonstrations by Charles Lara portraying the Black Beaver Traveling Trading Company and Delaware Indian scouts.
Musician Lee Haile will provide period songs and stories.
