HARRIS COUNTY, Texas (KTRK) -- One man is dead, and another has been hospitalized after a shooting on Sunday morning, deputies said.

The Harris County Sheriff's Office said Precinct 4 deputies responded to the shooting in the 23300 block of Aldine Westfield at 3:30 a.m. At the scene, deputies found an 18-year-old man with a gunshot wound who was alert and able to speak with deputies, HCSO said.

While surveying the area, authorities said they found a second man with gunshot wounds who was pronounced dead at the scene.
