An 18-year-old woman is on life support after she was stabbed in the head during an argument that escalated at a northwest Houston apartment complex Thursday morning, according to Houston police.

The stabbing happened around 1 a.m. at an apartment complex in the 1700 block of Seaspray Court.

Investigators said the victim and a 20-year-old woman had attended a pool party earlier in the day along with several friends.
