SHERMAN, Texas (KXII) - The city of Sherman is proposing a possible 10. 8% increase to residential water bills starting in October to fund infrastructure upgrades.

The proposal came after an annual budget retreat last week.

City officials stressed that nothing is final."Right now everything's just proposed. There's nothing final at this point," said Nate Strauch, city of Sherman communications manager.
