- A Florida man was arrested for allegedly kicking a student with disabilities while working as a high school substitute teacher.

A witness told Flagler County deputies that she felt uncomfortable after seeing 60-year-old Bryan Schewitz forcefully move a Matanzas High School student with disabilities into a chair while the student was experiencing a behavioral episode on Oct. 16.

That witness said she felt Schewitz was too rough with the student.
