Anderson-Shiro CISD board votes 5-2 to approve four JETI tax incentive agreements for SpaceX's proposed Terafab semiconductor manufacturing facility in Grimes County.

GRIMES COUNTY, Texas (KBTX) - Anderson-Shiro CISD has voted to approve all four JETI tax incentive agreements tied to SpaceX's proposed Terafab semiconductor manufacturing facility in Grimes County.

The board voted Tuesday night, 5-2, on all four proposals to partially abate operations taxes for TeraFab AI, LLC, a SpaceX special-purpose entity.

The votes clear a major hurdle for what could become the largest industrial project in Texas history.
