A Texas Department of Public Safety trooper wrote that just after midnight on June 3, he spotted a car traveling at a high rate of speed on I-35 northbound and clocked it at 113 mph in a 75 mph zone.

The trooper stopped the driver of vehicle on the inside shoulder near the 355 mile marker.
