The Texas Comptroller's Office announced Thursday, October 8, that it is distributing approximately $1. 3 billion in local sales tax revenue to cities and other local governments across Texas.

All three Howard County communities recorded increases in their latest monthly allocations compared with the same period last year, with Coahoma posting the largest percentage gain.
