(Gray News) - A Florida couple involved in an IVF mix-up case will keep the baby who is not genetically related to them following a custody agreement.
Steven Mills and Tiffany Score filed an emergency lawsuit against a fertility clinic in Orlando after learning their newborn was not genetically related to either parent.
The couple underwent IVF at the Fertility Center of Orlando, according to WESH.
