A Clear Lake man accused of holding his wife captive for five years will no longer face charges, according to court records.

CLEAR LAKE, Texas (KTRK) -- A Clear Lake man who was accused of holding his wife captive for five years is no longer facing charges, according to court records.

Court documents show that on May 28, a grand jury declined to indict James Earl Johnson for the charges that surfaced in March.
