AMARILLO, Texas (KFDA) - The Panhandle Northern Railroad LLC is set to receive up to $24. 6 million in federal funding for their Revitalizing America's Industrial Lifelines project.

Earlier today, Representative Ronny Jackson announced that the Panhandle Northern Railroad LLS has been selected to receive the federal funding through the Federal Railroad Administration's Consolidated Rail Infrastructure and Safety Improvements Program.

The project will support track rehabilitation and infrastructure improvements across short-line railroads in Texas.
