TYLER, Texas (KLTV) - The East Texas State Fair kicks off on Friday with additional offerings.

For the 110th anniversary, president and chief executive officer of the East Texas State Fair Cody Rosenbalm said they wanted to pull out all the stops.

"We plan for this all year and to see it all come together is exciting," Rosenbalm said.
