KATY, Texas (KTRK) -- Katy ISD has confirmed they are investigating the alleged sexual assault of a McDonald Junior High student with special needs.

According to court records, it's alleged that a teen boy, just 13 years old at the time, was accused of sexually assaulting a 14-year-old classmate who has autism and a speech impairment back in Jan. 2.

The search warrant states the 14-year-old girl told administrators at McDonald Junior High that her classmate forcibly kissed her, pushed her to the ground, and sexually assaulted her.
