WACO, Texas (KWTX) - Volunteers with Isaiah 117 House spent the weekend serving lemonade at stands across McLennan County and surrounding areas to raise awareness for children waiting to be placed in foster care.

The nonprofit's annual Lemonade Stand Weekend ran July 17-19, 2026, with stands set up at locations throughout the region, including the Cameron Park Zoo in Waco.

The event is part of a nationwide tradition that began in 2017 in Elizabethton, Tennessee.
