An elderly man was killed in a hit-and-run crash while crossing Airline Drive in north Houston.

A Houston family is grieving after an elderly man was killed in a hit-and-run crash Wednesday night in north Houston.
According to the Houston Police Department, the crash happened around 10:45 p.m. on Airline Drive near Buckboard Drive.
Investigators said a man in his 70s was crossing the street with his wife after she finished work at a nearby restaurant.
