A registered high-risk sex offender was arrested Thursday in Seguin following new allegations of indecency with a child.

A joint investigation between the Seguin Police Department and the Guadalupe County Sheriff's Office resulted in the arrest of Emanuel Bishop Jr. following reports of indecency with a child in the 200 block of Memory Lane in Seguin, Guadalupe County Sheriff's Lt. Zachary McBride said.
