HARLINGEN, Texas (ValleyCentral) - A high-pressure system over the northern U.S. is shaping our weather here in the Valley, keeping us on the southern edge of that ridge.
That means temperatures will stay right around what we normally expect for this time of year, hot, dry and pretty typical for midJuly.
