HARRIS COUNTY, Texas (KTRK) -- A man was electrocuted while cutting down a tree in northwest Harris County on Wednesday morning, according to deputies.

The Harris County Precinct 4 Constable's Office said on social media the 45-year-old man was shocked while working in the 13500 block of Cahill Drive.

Pct. 4 said preliminary reports indicate a tree branch may have hit the power line, leading to the electrocution.
