The man accused of killing Charlie Kirk is back in court on Friday as his attorneys seek to hold prosecutors in contempt for comments they made in the media about a bullet fragment recovered from Kirk's body.
Dig deeper: Tyler Robinson's defense attorneys accused prosecutors of going on a "media tour" to talk about the bullet and claimed it violated restrictions that the case should not be spoken about outside of court.
The other side: Prosecutors said they had a right to speak about the case in order to correct misinformation given out by Robinson's attorneys.
