ODESSA, Texas (KOSA) -During National Disability Employment Awareness Month, Odessa native Chad Gray has returned home to launch a business focused on helping people with disabilities be seen for who they are - not defined by their disabilities.

Gray is the CEO and founder of STAIE, which stands for "See the Able in Everyone." Before starting the business, he worked in sales.

Gray said he recently returned to Odessa after losing his job in Colorado, where he said he had spoken up to management about bullying."The only reason I let them do it is because it paid good and I needed the money," Gray said.
