NACOGDOCHES, Texas (KTRE) - A Nacogdoches woman was arrested after officers reported discovering her three children living in trash, without beds or running water.

Keosha Hubbard-Woodson, 28, has been charged with three counts of endangering a child.

She was arrested on Aug. 9 and is being held in the Gregg County Jail without bond.
