Provided by Frenship ISDFrenship ISD is excited to announce that Cathy Barnhill has been selected as the new principal of Frenship's 10th elementary school, scheduled to open in August 2028.

Barnhill brings a wealth of experience to the role as she enters her 24th year in education.

For more than two decades, Barnhill has served families across the Lubbock area in a variety of roles, including eight years in campus leadership.
