A ballot programming error affecting a portion of Precinct 13 in the City of Jourdanton election was identified and corrected on the first day of early voting, according to an Oct. 20 news release from Atascosa County.

Atascosa County Elections Administrator Cathy Seiter, with assistance from several voters who noticed the issue, identified a ballot style discrepancy affecting voters in a portion of Precinct 13.

According to the release, the Elections Administrator immediately reviewed the election data, identified the discrepancy and implemented the necessary corrections.
