Caught Red-Handed: Waco police officer drives up to road rage incident moments after man pointed gun at woman, affidavit states

A Waco man was arrested Monday for aggravated assault with a deadly weapon after pointing a handgun at a driver during a road rage incident on Herring Avenue.

WACO, Texas (KWTX) - A man was arrested Monday after police say he threatened a driver with a handgun during a confrontation in a Waco street, according to an arrest affidavit.

Erik Ceballos was arrested on a charge of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, a second-degree felony, according to the document.

The road rage incident happened around 10:13 a.m. July 20 in the 700 block of Herring Avenue.
